Care Plan questions
Is a Care Plan required?
Yes, for every website we host. Care Essential ($50/month) covers production hosting, the managed database, SSL, form email delivery, backups, monitoring, and security updates. Plus and Pro add monthly hands-on edit time.
Can I cancel?
Plans run for a 12-month initial term from launch, then month to month. Cancel anytime by emailing info@chasedaddy.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, and remaining initial-term months stay payable.
What if I need more than my included edit time?
Additional work is billed at $100/hour in 30-minute blocks, or quoted as a change order for larger requests. Unused edit time does not roll over to the next month.
Does a Care Plan include training?
No. Care Plans keep your site running and, on Plus and Pro, cover edits our team makes for you. Training on tools or self-hosting is available separately at the hourly rate.
