Your 30-day build starts at Content Lock, the day your content package is confirmed complete. A complete spec sheet is the fastest path to launch.
The Project Spec Sheet defines your business, your scope, and the content you will provide. It becomes part of your project record alongside the Terms of Service.
1. Submit this spec sheet
Within 14 days of your deposit, send your business profile, scope, and one organized shared folder with every asset.
2. We verify it is complete
Within 3 business days we confirm the package is complete, or send a short list of anything missing.
3. Content Lock
We confirm your Content Lock date in writing. Your content is final and the build scope is fixed.
4. 30-day build
The 30-day build clock starts at Content Lock. Anything added after it is a change order.

When does my 30-day build clock start?
On the Content Lock date, which we confirm in writing once your spec sheet and shared folder are complete. Payment reserves your project slot; Content Lock starts the 30-day build.
How many pages are included in the $3,000 Custom Website?
Up to 8 pages and 25 product or service listings, with 2 revision rounds. Full Stack + Social includes up to 12 pages and 50 listings; Full Stack + Social + CRM includes up to 20 pages and 100 listings. Additional pages and listings are quoted before work begins.
What if I have more content after the project starts?
We are glad to add it. Content, pages, products, or changes submitted after Content Lock are handled as a written change order, priced by the volume of content and the extent of the changes (or at $100/hour), and approved by you before work begins. Change orders may extend the delivery date.
What if I cannot provide photos or copy?
Leave those items unchecked on the form and we will quote copywriting, stock licensing, or photography as an add-on. Sourcing, recreating, or extracting assets from other platforms is not included in any package unless quoted in writing.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes. The Managed Hosting & Care Plan is $50/month from launch and covers production hosting, the managed database, form email delivery, SSL, backups, monitoring, and security updates.
Is training included?
Every build includes one recorded 30-minute launch walkthrough. Additional training, tool setup, and self-hosting assistance are not included and are available at $100/hour when scheduled in advance.
