Still have questions? Contact usA managed service, delivered as Results as a Service (RaaS). We build your website, CRM, automations, and AI agents, then our team runs them every week: lead follow-up, phone coverage, social publishing, monitoring, and reporting. You own your custom code and your data, and you approve every change. SaaS hands you a login. We hand you results.
No. Your business accounts, such as your domain, business listings, social profiles, and advertising accounts, stay in your name, and nothing goes live without your approval. Once your project is paid in full you own the custom code and content we created for you, can request the source repository, and can export your data at any time.
No. Agencies sell activity and usually keep the accounts. We build the underlying infrastructure - website, CRM, automations, AI - and then operate it as your technical co-founder. The deliverable is custom code you own, plus the team that keeps it producing booked jobs.
Custom websites, CRM platforms, workflow automations, AI integrations, analytics dashboards, and social media systems. We build the entire digital backbone of your business and then run it for you, so you can operate like a company 10x your size while spending about 30 minutes a week on it.
A developer builds what you spec. Tools give you templates. We do neither. We architect the complete system around how your business actually works, then build and maintain it. You get a technical co-founder without the equity conversation.
Most founders see their first results within 30 days. Full operational transformation typically takes 60-90 days. We send weekly progress updates with clear metrics so you always know where things stand.
Great. We do not rip and replace. We integrate with what works and replace what does not. Your existing tools become part of the unified machine instead of isolated islands.

A custom Next.js website starts at $3,000 total ($1,500 Phase 1 deposit) for up to 8 pages and 25 product or service listings, plus the $50/month Managed Hosting & Care Plan from launch. Full CRM, automation, and AI platform builds are priced per scope. Book a free 90-minute AI automation audit to get a fixed quote. No credit card required.
Denver AI automation agencies typically charge $5,000 to $15,000 upfront plus $500 to $3,000 per month for ongoing work. Our packages start at $3,000 (Custom Website), $5,000 (Full Stack + Social), and $10,000 (Full Stack + Social + custom CRM) - about 30 to 50 percent below market because we keep operations lean.
A custom or white-label CRM build is included in our $10,000 Full Stack + Social + CRM package. Standalone CRM development from other Denver agencies typically runs $15,000 to $50,000 depending on integrations, automation depth, and user seats.
Three steps. First, audit current workflows to find repetitive tasks an AI agent can absorb. Second, build the data layer (CRM + clean contact records). Third, deploy AI agents on top of that data - chatbots for inbound, voice AI for calls, and workflow automations for follow-up. We run all three in a free 90-minute audit.
A chatbot follows a script and answers FAQs. An AI agent reasons, takes actions across systems (book calendars, update CRM, send emails), and operates without supervision. We build AI agents using LLMs plus tool use - they qualify leads, schedule meetings, and update your CRM automatically.
A standard custom website is built in 30 days from Content Lock, the day your Project Spec Sheet and content are confirmed complete, which is usually 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff. A full stack build with social media systems and a custom CRM with AI agents takes 6 to 10 weeks. We send weekly progress updates and ship in production-ready phases so you launch faster.
A rented template CRM works for businesses that fit the template. The downside is shared infrastructure, no code ownership, and recurring per-seat fees. We build a white-label CRM platform shaped to your workflow, with the same automation power and no per-seat platform tax, and your contact data is always exportable.
GEO is the practice of optimizing content so generative AI engines and answer engines cite your business in their answers. If your buyers research with AI before contacting vendors - and most B2B buyers in 2026 do - GEO is essential. We bake GEO + AEO into every site we build.
Three signals matter most. First, structured data (FAQ, Service, LocalBusiness, HowTo schema). Second, conversational long-form content with direct Q and A. Third, citations from authoritative sources. We build all three into every site by default.
AI voice receptionists typically run $150 to $400 per month for usage, plus a one-time setup fee of $500 to $2,500. We build custom AI voice agents tied to your CRM and calendar, so calls are answered, leads are captured, and meetings are booked 24/7 without a human receptionist on payroll.
For most small businesses, yes. Modern AI voice agents handle 80 to 90 percent of routine calls - quoting prices, booking appointments, qualifying leads, taking messages. We build voice AI that escalates the remaining 10 to 20 percent to a human, so you cut payroll without dropping the high-stakes calls.
It depends on your needs. Self-hosted platforms are best when you need full control and complex logic. Visual builders are best for deep app integrations without heavy code. Fast-to-ship tools get simple flows live quickly but cost the most at scale. We are platform-agnostic - we pick the automation platform that matches your business, not the other way around.
Not for simple flows. For business-critical automations - error handling, retries, custom API logic, security - yes. We build production-grade workflow automations so you do not lose deals to a broken automation at 2am.
Search "AI agency Denver" or "Denver AI automation agency" and look for shops with custom code (not just template tools), case studies in your industry, and a clear pricing page. We are a Colorado team serving Denver, have served 500+ Colorado founders since 2013, and publish fixed packages so you know costs up front.
Industry standard is a 50 percent Phase 1 deposit at signing and 50 percent at delivery. We follow this exact model - your deposit unlocks the full build, and the balance is due at launch. The deposit protects both sides and signals mutual commitment.
Three ways. First, capture revenue: AI agents answer calls and book meetings 24/7 so you stop losing leads after hours. Second, save labor: AI handles repetitive admin, replacing 10 to 30 hours of weekly staff time. Third, lift conversion: AI follows up with every lead within seconds, which closes 3 to 5x more deals than slow manual follow-up.
At ChaseDaddy.com, once your project is paid in full you own the custom code created for your project and your data is exportable on request. Our pre-existing frameworks, prompts, and managed infrastructure are licensed for your project and run under the Care Plan. Always ask exactly what "you own it" means before signing.
SEO ranks you in traditional search blue-link results. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) gets you cited in voice assistants and AI Overviews. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) gets you cited in generative AI assistants and answer engines. In 2026 you need all three - we bake them into every build.
The $3,000 Custom Website includes up to 8 pages, 25 product or service listings, and 2 revision rounds. Full Stack + Social includes up to 12 pages and 50 listings, and Full Stack + Social + CRM includes up to 20 pages and 100 listings. Additional pages are $250 each, and larger catalogs are quoted before work begins.
It is welcome. Content, pages, products, or changes sent after Content Lock are handled as a written change order, priced by the volume of content and the extent of the changes, and approved by you before any work begins. Change orders may extend the delivery date.
Every build includes one recorded 30-minute launch walkthrough. Because we host and maintain your site under the Care Plan, most clients never need more. Additional training, tool setup, and self-hosting assistance are available at $100 per hour, booked in advance.
