Six things we put in writing on every engagement

Signed scope before code
No engagement starts until both sides sign a written Phase 1 Scope Document with named milestones. If the scope is vague, the project is doomed, so we refuse to start work until it is not.
30-day Phase 1 Milestone Guarantee
If we materially miss the first 30-day milestone, you can claim a full Phase 1 deposit refund within 7 days. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page. This applies to every done-for-you and enterprise engagement.
Weekly Friday demos
Every week of the build, you get a live staging URL and a 15-minute video demo of what was built. No "we are 80% done" black-boxes.
Direct access to the builder
You text Chase, not an account manager. Senior-engineer accountability is the whole product. If we ever scale beyond what one builder can deliver, you will know on day one of the engagement.
You own the code
Every line ships to your repo. Every credential lives on your accounts. If you fire us at any phase boundary, you keep everything we built, no hostage situations.
Post-launch support included
SMB engagements include 30 days. Enterprise includes 90 days. Bug fixes, tuning, and live response are included, not "extras" we use to upsell you.
